The "@DeepSeek drama" is another sign that the highest value will accrue at the Agent part of the AI stack. LLM and Hardware/Compute will be a commodity, costing close to the price of compute (which is going down dramatically).

Our thesis at @causaLens has always been that LLM layer is going to be commoditised/open-source and brute-force approach is not going to lead to true intelligence aka AGI/ASI.
