Shipped a strict rate-limiter for Darkthar AI Engine ⚡

Render's 512MB RAM instance was prone to OOM crashes behind load balancers. Wrote a custom proxy-aware ASGI middleware for FastAPI:

✅ Requests 1-15: 200 OK
⛔ Request 16: Instant 429 cut-off
