@RetroCrone OH! I learned while staying with my Grandmother. She had an old machine with the paddle. She gave me thread, fabric and the machine and said go forth and sew. I sewed my little finger straight into the ER. Needle sticking out both ends. Luckily it didn't hit bone.

@RetroCrone I sewed all my clothes and all my kid's clothes for many years while they were growing up. Now, I also have issues threading needles, etc. These old eyes. smh. I bought a little metal needle threader. Best invention since sliced bread.
