@J_Marie_2 I always had: jet boil, inflatable pillow, zip up 8 ft woobie (Ranger Joes), power inverter, steel mug, and hand soap. Washing hands always made me feel better. Every rotation I lived out of my assault pack and a box of food. Extra pants and Snooki’s and waffle top even when hot.
@J_Marie_2 You’ll get more out of CPT/Nutrionist. CF Level 1 was a good course, but isn’t a certification and doesn’t do much more than you could learn just reading the documents. I’m also wary of whether it’s worth one’s time to spend so much effort learning things like handstand walk.
@Ltdans_sealegs It gave me far better perspective. I think I am better able to empathize. For example, I have a rule that all events will allow parents to bring their kids knowing babysitters are tough to find and cost a fortune. I try to make sure people get out for major school events, etc.
Another awesome day on Fort Moore - how cool is this - tank firing as part of a combined arms live fire and paratroopers in the distance exiting a C17! And a M1 crew competing in the Sullivan Cup from my old Co - H/2-11 ACR! Allons! @MCoEFortMoore
