Anybody been ripped off & ignored by @SHEIN_Official , they send back returned items to you , charge you postage & don’t refund you when the goods are in the exact condition with tags, labels etc than when you received them , easy money I guess !

@LynseyDonoghue @Flight_Refunds @easyJet We were cancelled aswell Malta flight yesterday, not ONE staff member new what to do , there are no standard procedures in place for this type of incident . We were offered nothing , couldn’t even book a hotel !
