I don’t know how we get to that, but that’s just my honest opinion..

It needs to work both ways for the standards to rise and for fresh blood to push the standards back to where they should be.

I think sometimes refs are scared to make a call due to getting abuse whichever way they make a call.

If refs knew they could make a decision without the abuse/scrutiny they currently 7/

I’m a referee and I make mistakes. Players make mistakes… wrong pass, wrong tackle…

Have you ever refereed a game, just to see how tough it is?
