@UberIN_Support@Uber_India@Uber please let me know how are you going to compensate on my 1 hour wait time. When I booked first it was pick up 3 mins. And then it become 24 mins and so on. I was unable to cancel as well. Even driver hesitated to cancel. And he was asking for high price as well
@UberIN_Support I just received an apology in app. So Basically, customer books the cab and waita for one hour in the location to get the cab. And then atlast cab will get canceled. And realises that I have to book again. 1 hour of precious time was waisted here.

I had a trip. I paid via app while trip was ongoing. It gave me a msg telling payment was done but it will take time to reflect. I waited sometime but it didn't reflect. Trip was completed. it showed pending. Driver asked to pay & I had to pay twice. Pls advis
