@flipkartsupport Can u please show me resolution post please? I haven't received any resolution.I had to query on delivery of product where as u kept promising that it's going to deliver yesterday.& now it's canceled & refund will be 6th. How r u going to compensate on 10 days by holding my money

Ordered a TV & it was suppose to get delivered today. App is showing shipment is pending & it will get delivered today.Called d customer care,it seems I have to wait till 1st June for relevant team to contact me.Another 48 to 72 hours.

Hi Team, I have submitted a claim in the morning! And I still have not received any updates! It showed me 10 am to receive a call! But I haven't received any calls till now! Please advice ASAP

@meesho_support@viditaatrey If I am not wrong your policy states 7 days after delivery! However it didn’t get delivered itself and above that without providing OTP it shows approved and delivered! You need to work on your System. It’s been almost a month now! @viditaatrey#sanjeevbarnwal
@meesho_support In the call, u we’re just specifying 7 days of policy and unable to proceed further! However, without OTP a product got delivered. How will I trust Meesho again to order something! This is not what I expected from you guys!
