The delusion around Rashford fans is something I’ve genuinely never seen before.

They still act like he’s a top player and that it’s everyone else’s fault he hasn’t succeeded.

- First it was Mourinho’s fault
- Then Ole’s fault for playing him through injury
- Then Rangnick for benching him
- Then Ten Hag for misprofiling him
- Then Amorim for “getting rid” of him
- Then Flick for using him as a touchline winger
- At some point, they even blamed the club because Rashford needs an overlapping full back and apparently the squad didn’t have one.

When will these people realise that an average player gets treated like an average player?
