NEW: The three victims in the Florida crash where an illegal immigrant made an illegal U-Turn, have been identified as three Haitian immigrants.

According to CBS, the Haitians previously lived in South Florida and were returning home to Indiana.

The three victims were identified as Herby Dufresne, 30, Faniola Joseph, 27, and Rodrigue Dor, 53.

Dufresne, who was the driver of the vehicle, came to South Florida in 2023.

He reportedly had legal status under Haiti's Temporary Protected Status designation, according to the Miami Herald.
