Yesterday, I had a fairly anxious patient with severe COPD whose blood pressure was elevated on triage exam—given he was huge J Cash fan; I played ring of fire, set up my Bp machine and asked him to enjoy the music and repeat the Bp once more—Bp was at goal. 1/2
