@zoe_grunewald Given we have had 3 female Prime Ministers, which is a more senior role, the ceiling is already above where Rachel sits. Is that not obvious? Although to be fair it is a ceiling in the Labour Party as they tend to favour white male leaders more than the Conservatives.
