The @darwin200_ team have arrived and successfully landed on Pitcairn!
The @ExplorersClub flag 101 is on the island with Jut Wynne as he continues his research project exploring the canoe bug theory: were Polynesians transporting invertebrates to the islands in their canoes?
Es una alegría compartirles un nuevo video de las serie de mini documentales sobre nuestros paisajes y su gran biodiversidad, realizados como parte del proyecto de educación ambiental y conservación @darwin200_ .

@darwin200_ With over 900 of them on the island and standing about 8-9 meters tall, they stand with their backs to the sea so they can look over the People of Rapa Nui.
Tune in tomorrow morning at 9am ET to catch the next live stream on #EasterIsland to learn more about this unique place!
A highlight from #TheWorldsMostExcitingClassroom, the ship is in Easter Island or Rapa Nui. Here the @Darwin200_ team talks a little bit about the history of the Maoi, also known as the Easter Island Heads.
It's believed the Moai represent the spirits of ancestors on Rapa Nui🗿
Save the date, STEMFest is back! 🔬
After the success of last year’s evolution and conservation themed STEMFest, we are excited to once again be inspired by the work of the @Darwin200_ project!

Este día del periodista me agarró con 22 años en Rapa Nui, Isla de Pascua haciendo un documental sobre la importancia de este lugar para las aves marítimas.
Esto es posible porque fui seleccionada como Darwin Leader por el @darwin200_
Qué orgullosa me siento hoy 🎬
Always great to see your classrooms interacting with us from the other end of the screen🙌🏽
Thanks to @phoenixschoolsalemma for sending us this clip of students learning a bit about the penguins of #TheGalapagos during our ongoing @darwin200_ series

Following in the footsteps of Charles Darwin, this adventurous crew from the @darwin200_ spent a week with us on the Galápagos Islands!
They removed mounds of plastic that had washed ashore, helping to conserve the unique wildlife that Darwin once documented.
Even the animals pause to witness the breath taking sunsets of the Galapagos Islands! 🌅 From sea lions to marine iguanas, the natural world joins us in awe as the sky transforms into a canvas of vibrant hues.

Today we hosted 4 groups of 20 students from 7th grade, representing 4 different schools, who joined us for activities on board the Oosterschelde🌿 It was great to see them so interested in this beautiful ship and be so excited by the incredible nature that surrounds them.
