@McDonaldsUK ordered a delivery driver goes up and down my road I ring them they are rude I tell him we're I am. 25 minutes waiting at my door. Driver says delivered. No food ring for refund get refused. @ubereats_uk absolutely disgusting. Customer services wouldn't say policy

@AgeasUK why is it my mum who is over 70 has been trying to pay her insurance yearly has phoned everyday this week and on 2 occasions had to wait over 50 minutes then gets cut off. Get 2 emails in 1 day saying pay your bill in 4 days or you are un insured.
She wants to pay ASAP

Visited lakeside @BandQ today. Partner on crutches slipped in car park and dropped paint, went and told store one person wanted to refund other gave partner some blue tissue to go clean car park, other lady was happy to give new pot of paint but couldn't touch it due to her nails

Very disappointed with @SkyHelpTeam due to my partner being unemployed due to covid and myself on furlough, we asked for help from you. Get told to "pay your bill" have phone put down. We was told we upgraded in a store last year so still in contract yet had a nationwide lockdown

Still waiting for my refund from @marksandspencer 20th may it was taken to food store, on 5th june I was told only went back on the 4th june, today is the 16th june and still no refund, I have sent 5 emails and done 2 live chats, i finally get through to someone and cut me off
