I’ve been on maternity leave long enough that I am too comfortable making myself right at home anywhere I am and acting like I’m in my own living room everywhere.
There's nothing more important than a personal relationship with your students and tailoring your lessons and teaching to their specific needs.
Also, here is 150 students
@ModestTeacher@MichauxJim You would also never get to use them whenever. You know there would be bureaucratic caveats. I couldn’t use vacation days for my mother’s funeral just this past year as a teacher because I didn’t give my admin ten days notice in writing.
The rats you've surrounded yourself with have turned on you, cutting deals with prosecutors to save themselves.
