This one genuinely shocked me.
A woman earning N$16,000/month has 3 kids, pays N$8,500 rent in Windhoek and N$3,200/month for her kids Taxi to a school that's a 10-minute walk away because she doesn't want them looking poor. She refuses to move to a cheap place or start a side hustle because "people will think we're poor," is behind on school fees, and survives by borrowing from a Cash loan every month.
Where do you even start?
I’m not a fan of people who get so angry they start shouting or becoming cruel. If you can’t trust yourself to engage without causing harm, step away and come back when you’re calm.
An adult without self-control is a ticking time bomb.
Your angry side is not some external version of you, it is you.
If you cannot remain kind to the people you claim to care about when you’re angry, then your character is conditional. Today it’s cruel words. Tomorrow it’s a shove. Anger is not an alibi, it’s a responsibility.
Why can’t we have normal conversations anymore especially about sensitive or uncomfortable topic, without insulting each other? Whatever happened to listening, asking questions, and educating one another? Since when did having a different opinion become unacceptable?
