Is it Justifiable to Dig Up a Newly Built Road Worth Rs 5 Crore? : Ward 1 Councillor

It has been only 2 months since the construction of a road worth Rs 5 crore in the Navayard area. However, pits are being dug on the newly built road in Navayard area due to the collusion between the contractor and the officials of MGVCL. Ward 1 Councillor Jahan Bharwad and Harishbhai Patel have registered their opposition to this. They have also demanded strict action against the civic official who gave permission to dig the road.

@royalenfield Your social media person contacted me and assured me that proper technical person will connect to me who knows headlight related design. But after call till time no any connection happen.
…told this technical story many time in 6 months to resolve headlight problem with options.
