@PhilipsCare I purchased a Philips Air Fryer NA231/00 (6.2L, 1700W) on 31 July 2025. It takes 50-55 minutes to cook just 2 chicken breasts. Despite raising Service Request No. UP2606180185, the technician said no action can be taken unless the product stops working completely.

Please stop redirecting me to the same support page and escalate this case to a senior technical team or approve a replacement under warranty. I expect a concrete resolution,
@PhilipsCare is about poor performance, not complete failure. The Philips Air Fryer NA231/00 takes 50-55 minutes to cook just 2 chicken breasts, which is not normal performance for a 1700W air fryer.
