CANT STOP WONT STOP

Young at 80 it’s possible as far as brains go
science notes,
Elderly brains degrade over time, was the accepted thought,
Super agers they seem to escape this decline ,
They have higher functional connectivity in key brain networks.

Married at 80 the octogenarian was a macho,
Young wife reported my husband is a monster in bed,
Her lady friends wanted the secret of the super husband,
My sclerosis the man said I forget my action earlier.

In our 30s the brain starts to shrink a little,
Myelin that insulates the nerves lose some integrity ,
Neurotransmission steps down we are expected to slow down ,
Brain weight it does decrease 5% per decade after 40.

Frontal lobe and hippocampus areas of memory encoding,
They shrink around 60 or 70 in most of the people,
Some give up in anticipation and some refuse to give in,
In cognitive tests super agers challenge the young who are 20.

The default mode network that supports thoughts on future,
Thoughts on self and others and myriad interests,
The salience network stimulated by sensory and emotional stimuli,
They help the octogenarians take on the young and keep it up.

Don’t give up my friends age is in your mind,
Fall in love with a young girl and think of your new born his schooling,
Proper diet and regular exercise they contribute,
Change your life style use it or loose it.

Work on your muscle mass and keep challenging your age,
Give up on nothing appearance physical strength or sex,
Keep up your posture let your grey matter never decline,
One more life to live I am looking for a new business line.

Struggle for FMGs (Foreign Medicical Graduates) is endless

First they’ve to pass exam which is not transparent then they needs to demonstrate for getting seat for doing mandatory rotatory internship.

State govts should expedite this process just after results published by National Board of Examination (NBE)

Requesting Himachal CM @SukhuSukhvinder Punjab CM @BhagwantMann Saab & Tamil Nadu CM @mkstalin to direct authorities for necessary action in this regard.

MBBS, MD/MS के लिये NExT लागू करो इसी साल और min. 50% से पास होने पर ही ये internship कर सकें!

@NidhiTanejaa Not only refusing to accept compensation letter, they are giving all #FMGs 2/3 yrs of internship by addressing us as "Poorly trained Professionals" . As they forgot during Covid times all FMG doctors also put their heart out and took care of patients 24/7.

@NidhiTanejaa Whole world went in online studies during covid so FMGs too.We passed FMG Exam(Passing percentage of it is 5-10%) & after qualifying that too. NMC is saying us to do 2-3 Years of internship. We proved ourselves by passing Fmge. Then 1 year internship is sufficient. So please help
