Have an action based mindset.
The downside of a planning first mindset is that you can ignore your plans.
With an action based mindset,
You will get burned. But at least you will make progress.
Tomorrow, i want to clean my house,
Create a 6 week workout routine,
Create an environment where i can focus on specific tasks (example:
My home office can only have items that boost my productivity, so all distractions should be eliminated)
Start doing more by consuming less.
We often get distracted on life, when we check our phone.
If you really want to get something done. Put that phone away.
What kind of morning routine do you use?
My tips:
1: drink at least 1 glass of water within 5 minutes after waking up
2: have a whiteboard ready with items you want to accomplish that day
3: schedule a time to work out
4: journal about how you feel.
