My kid failed her online classes because she couldn’t connect to @optimum wifi and I thought she just didn’t want to do the work. Come to find out it’s the service. It goes in and out.

Last 2 @optimum technicians also said they would report the problem but it’s been almost a month and guess who’s still paying for internet that doesn’t work?
