Among other provisions in our integrated project in Tharparkar, we are providing people with access to clean water through water tanks powered by solar panels. Women now do not have to walk long hours to collect water and can get clean water just by opening a tap near their home.

Tharparkar is one of the districts most hit by climate change and hence water inaccessibility. Women are often found to be responsible for water collection and are disproportionately affected by climate change.
