Optimizing for a test makes the test meaningless. They should teach this in school, but that would be incoherent because all modern schools are built around the concept of optimizing for tests. Biological age tests simplify an incredibly complicated whole human down to a couple markers that are associated with young humans. It's like turning yourself into a 2D pixelated video game character and then saying look that's me! The very fact you can spin those dials from looking old to looking young again despite not actually being young again means that they are no longer associated with being young. Imagine doing something to a tree that prevented it from growing at all once every other year, it would have half the number of tree rings compared to another tree the same actual age. But that doesn't change its age, it doesn't affect all of its cells, or the age of its cells or the health of its cells or its vitality and in fact it would probably end up killing it faster in the end, which is the biggest risk of playing fast and loose with your biology by trying to make targeted changes with buckets of mostly artificial isolated compounds that have no business being in your body let alone in existence.
