@SenWarren Congratulations Elon. @SenWarren you should congratulate him also and stop trying to steal from him. Any of us could have created a rocket company but we didn’t. Elon did and should be rewarded for it. He nearly lost everything but succeeded beyond anything thought possible.
@libsoftiktok What we need is an NGO to help a couple million Republicans get signed up for gym memberships in California. We need to help those disenfranchised Republicans to be able to vote in California, even if it is by mail in ballot.
@AthletesInSpace You are experiencing social media amplifying a very fringe opinion and interpreting it to be the opinion of many. You are also contributing to the misleading information out there.
@SproullSprowl@CuriosityonX Use this prompt. See, I was being generous by saying 30 because Gemini says 5.
How many hyperscale data centers 1 GW or larger in size, specifically designed to host the latest Nvidia AI hardware are there in the US?
@Megan_Lzs@PaxArmata1@CuriosityonX Do some research and you’ll find that we only have around 30 AI data centers. We are certainly behind China and they have far more power generation than the US so they are set while we are struggling.
@SproullSprowl@CuriosityonX Actually there are only around 30 AI data centers in the US. The number you’re thinking includes all the old data centers and most of them are very tiny ones at that.
@itsrosesm Yes, absolutely. They needed the ability to dig out the East Wing for all the critical infrastructure they are placing under the ballroom, which is really the shield protecting that infrastructure which happens to also be a ballroom.
@redpillb0t There is a whole industry around doing exactly what you claim isn’t being done. Go search Google for “sewage mining for data centers”.
More often though the new data center designs are closed loop and use very little water. Power generation is next for lowering water usage.
