@Kes_t1D_SW Went for a run yesterday in the sun, fine during the run , got home and free-fall - phone, omnipod, controller all screaming. And I'm just 'shut t.f. up, I've eaten some jelly babies and a kids yoghurt!! Then 30min later they are all screaming as I'm now high!!! #T1D

Some T1 hcp's seem to think this is a steady state condition, its not, virtually everything affects BS. We absolutely do our best - it OUR health, but this is a shitty disease with no cure, just constant worry

@parajon82 @StephenKing It is a great great novel, but The Stand imo is the one to read, the scope is epic with lots and lots to think about.
Obviously the Dark Tower series is a masterpiece save that for a time where you can get lost in it for a few days/weeks!

Back to driving to places, as much as the train is the environmental option, and allows time to work. Its expensive, and ridiculously unreliable. I'd rather drive and get home at a reasonable hour

Bank Holiday Friday and @AvantiWestCoast cancel the 18:33 from London to Manchester!! It took them till it was +45min after departure time to do it! Fingers crossed for the 19:13 (delayed already). I've opted for the train 3 times recently so far 2 have been significantly delayed
