I just got a HW4 CT loaner and unless CT FSD is still weaker like last northern Winter, it’s not worth stressing.

While I dislike the lack of communication, I think there’s a solid chance they require HW5 for Unsupervised.

But it’s obvious when I say lawsuit I mean a judgment forcing the issue. There was a recent case where Tesla lost arbitration and was forced to repay FSD cost to the customer.

I love and am long Tesla, paid for FSD, recommend it to everyone, but being stuck on v12 while v14 is out is getting old.

Europeans (and other racial groups vs. Africans) faced more population bottlenecks, leading to reduced diversity. Africans are the least inbred.

@jaimzevans @AgitatedPancake @bscholl Civil suits could drive up costs for insurers. Victims could argue that they wouldn’t have been injured or family killed were the other driver AI. They could also sue car companies continuing to sell cars with human controls or not retrofitting old cars.
