@chuckmiddleton @virginmedia There aren't any radio channels on the 360 boxes. They are streamed, however you can find those streams by clicking on Home > and Guide. The use the navigation controls on the 360 remote to scroll across the top navigation bar and select Radio.

@mokko101 @virginmedia Check your PC's network adapter settings are set to either 1.0 Gbps Full Duplex or 2.5G, and change it if necessary. If it's set to 100Mbps then your speed will be limited to 100Mbps or less.

@howdo01 @virginmedia Please try the following. Go to Home > Settings > Audio & Video >  Match Frame Rate > toggle  'match frame rate'  option to Off if it's currently ON. You might need to reboot for it to take effect.

@mokko101 @virginmedia Have you tried a different ethernet cable and/or port? Ethernet cables can deteriorate. Also check that the PC's adapter settings are set to either 1.0 Gbps Full Duplex or  2.5G. If it's set to 100Mbps that's all you'll receive.

@Benny__H @virginmedia Two versions of TNT Sports 1 and 2 are available whilst the winter olympics are on. The two "additional" TNT Sports 1 and 2 channels are for customers that don't subscribe to TNT Sports, and they can't be viewed via the TVGo app.
