@virginmedia I’ve just been advised by your customer team in chat there is no larger remote for the 360. For someone who is sight impaired this is unwelcome news.
@virginmedia we’ve just upgraded to 360 but my sight impaired mother is finding the guide impossible to use, it’s either too small or ridiculously large. There doesn’t seem any way to adjust the size? Also she is finding the new remote too small to see the control buttons.
@BritishGasHelp we had an engineer visit 2 days this week to repair our boiler (engineer was a real credit), we had a new carbon monoxide monitor & have received a text with link to payment, just wanted to check you would text for payment like this?
@marksandspencer thank you for confirming you no longer unpack furniture, extremely disappointed with our large item sitting in our living room that we are unable to unpack/move into the correct position. Lesson learnt, next purchase will not be through yourselves.
@marksandspencer had a new Sonoma extra large sideboard delivered this afternoon, first time we’ve ever had an issue with your furniture, but this time delivery team left the still boxed item in position & left (quickly).
Have attempted to remove packaging with my 81 yo mother, impossible as against wall so unable to move. Partially removed packaging then showed they’d put it back to front with doors against the wall!
@BootsUK have been going round in circles with your automated system in attempting to cancel a flu vaccination appointment. Really didn’t want to just be a ‘no show’ but regrettably your system leaves me no alternative.

@AskNationwide was there an issue with some interest payments on savings accounts end of last year? Had interest on 2 accounts end last year but today noticed have had 2 further (small) ‘interest’ payments.

Under care of specialist hospital but unable to get DSN appointment until December. 80 YO T1 (mother) of 56 years on new insulin & having numerous hypos, struggling to cope. Will self fund out of desperation.
