In DC, it seems to only take one term to corrupt or compromise most of them, although I think most rise through the party ranks thanks to their willingness to play the game.

Yet another RINO exposes his true colors. Senate Majority Leader John Thune stopped a vote that would have forced Senator Adam Schiff to unseal the records of his settlement with the family of a 17-year-old boy in 2020.
