Yesterday's success or failure shouldn't determine today's effort.
You don't give up when you lose, you don't get complacent when you win.
You keep showing up, keep doing the work.

Every game is an opportunity to improve your mental toughness. You can either stay in your comfort zone, or you can push through and strengthen your mind!
Confidence isn’t about believing that you will always perform at your best.
Confidence is knowing that when you don’t perform your best, you can handle it without falling apart.
It is believing in your ability to navigate uncertainty, mistakes, and the unexpected.
Greatness isn’t negotiable.
It’s earned.
“The fact of the matter is, if you want to be good, you really don’t have a lot of choices because it takes what it takes.”
– Nick Saban
MENTAL TOUGHNESS is not something we’re born with.
It’s a SKILL we develop (and strengthen), every time we face trials, and decide to be VICTORS instead of victims!

"When your best two players are your best two guys, you are going to be successful."
Your best players set the ceiling.
Your best people set the standard.
When they are the same people, succuss follows.
This is such a profound statement. The wisest coach knows what his players can and cannot do. A good coach never expects a player to perform above their expectations. They work to expand them but knows their limitations.
