A doctor was fed up of all the false marketing by the food industry and he built an app, TruthIn, where you can scan the barcode, and get a health rating for all packaged food.

Every packaged food is rated on a scale of 5 by a team of doctors and nutritionists. The app also highlights if the packaged food contains any banned or harmful ingredients.

So no more getting fooled by marketing gimmicks of companies and the best part is that it is built in India!

This could become the biggest revolution in Indian tech, since UPI.
