@AdamLeviLAX And Teat is 4 years younger through as many games because of the shorter seasons in JT’s days. Long way to go to match the longevity and scoring prowess of the GOAT but off to a heck of a start.
@GeneralsUpdates@BrownRecord Then why not just reduce the number of games on appeal. Allowing it to carry over to next year and not impact playoff games, was a horrible precedent to set and they’re rightly being called out for it. And I have no issue with the Swick suspension and he should miss playoff games
@GeneralsUpdates@BrownRecord Didn’t the OHL say the threat is 3 times worse? 15 games vs 5, however the worse offence (15 game suspension) isn’t bad enough to miss playoff games so it carries over to next season, but the 5 game violation must be served this year during playoffs. How does that make sense?
@farwell_ohl I wondered when watching the London game how that wasn’t a fighting major. The Swick one is worse to me, comes from distance with gloves dropped and throws a haymaker before other player can defend himself. Also throws while he’s down. Not a 5 vs 0 game difference though.
@farwell_ohl So is former Ranger Justin Nolet, former jr. Ranger Cole Mackay, former jr. Ranger and Dutchmen Jason Willms. Also a Listowel Cyclone connection in Kade Landry and Guelph jr. Gryphon Austen Keating.
@jonmccarthySUN If he is considered a great player then Peter Alliss is the top of this list. 31 professional wins and 8 Ryder Cup teams. He was my favourite part of watching the Open growing up.
@MattNflcast@BuffSportsHstry After winning the afc the last two years, fans had been spoiled by success and indeed this wild card game didn’t sell out so it was blacked out locally. Still remember listening on the radio too. Would have been something to have seen.
The RBC Canadian Open has redone its logo to include a silhouette of Nick Taylor’s putter toss following his 72-foot eagle putt last year (to become the first Canadian in seven decades to win Canada’s Open Championship).
Whoever did this needs a raise 🔥
@MactavishHunter@BrownRecord Likely the reason, but there’s plenty of times the 9th or 10th in one conference is better than 8th in the other, are they ranking playoff teams only or a proper top 16 as they say. As tight as the races get, it would be good to see the other 4 on the list too.
