Allowing it to carry over to next year and not impact playoff games, was a horrible precedent to set and they’re rightly being called out for it. And I have no issue with the Swick suspension and he should miss playoff games

@GeneralsUpdates @BrownRecord Didn’t the OHL say the threat is 3 times worse? 15 games vs 5, however the worse offence (15 game suspension) isn’t bad enough to miss playoff games so it carries over to next season, but the 5 game violation must be served this year during playoffs. How does that make sense?

@farwell_ohl I wondered when watching the London game how that wasn’t a fighting major. The Swick one is worse to me, comes from distance with gloves dropped and throws a haymaker before other player can defend himself. Also throws while he’s down. Not a 5 vs 0 game difference though.

@MactavishHunter @BrownRecord Likely the reason, but there’s plenty of times the 9th or 10th in one conference is better than 8th in the other, are they ranking playoff teams only or a proper top 16 as they say. As tight as the races get, it would be good to see the other 4 on the list too.
