1/2 Appalling from @stokecity. A 5-hour round trip for the first home game, arrived in plenty of time, then spent nearly 50 mins queuing because my new season card wouldn’t work. Missed around 30 mins of the match. And I certainly wasn’t the only supporter affected. #SCFC

2/2 What’s worse is the silence since. No public apology, nothing. The response blames an outside system provider. We bought our season cards from Stoke City, not your supplier. The disconnect with supporters is staggering.
