Starting the first day in 2026, here are some of my manifestations, priorities, and predictions:

1) All consumer apps can become a neo bank with crypto rails

2) Off-ramp will become the ultimate moat for building a superior product and make stablecoin "real"

3) Identity will be the fundamental basis of interoperability, not another blockchain

4) Loyalty is the trojan horse to crypto

5) Data will be fluid, with privacy secured by cryptography

6) Regulatory arbitrage will continue to be a short- to mid-term moat

7) Larps mostly gone, projects only survive with products businesses and users willing to pay for - beyond trading

8) Agentic commerce with all of the above
