22-year-old Penn State senior Billy Schmidt was kiIIed early Saturday just yards from his home. He was walking back from watching the NBA Finals when two black men tried to rob him for his phone. Billy chased them and one turned and shot him in the chest. He died at the hospital. No arrests yet. Police are seeking tips.
