@MyOwnMartyr@bumbadum14 How the other party takes the statements is irrelevant. A statement of “he’s a chauvinistic pig who treated the waiter rude” is not a fact. Plus, a statement of fact, is only one of about 6 requirements that need to be met to make a defamation case enforceable.
