देश में 33 करोड़ परिवारों तक एलपीजी की पहुंच है, जिसमें 10.33 करोड़ से अधिक उज्ज्वला परिवार हैं।

वर्तमान में भारत प्रतिदिन 5.6 मिलियन बैरल कच्चे तेल की खपत करता है। लगभग 7 करोड़ उपभोक्ता प्रतिदिन Fuel Station जाते हैं। आगामी 20 वर्ष में, दुनिया की ऊर्जा माँग में वृद्धि का 25% हिस्सा भारत से आएगा। अनुमानित रूप से वर्ष 2045 तक भारत प्रतिदिन लगभग 11 मिलियन बैरल कच्चे तेल की खपत करेगा।

OPEC strategy, investment concerns
