Where I'm coming from is when there is an employer branding brief designed to change the opinion of candidates about that particular company - this is what I dont believe can be achieved without high level boardroom commitment - and not just lip service.
Recruiters, ever get FOMO and wonder why some of your competitors are smashing it and you're only doing ok?
One reason is because they're measuring data, applications and where candidates are coming from. Are you?
@Adam_W_Gordon@iCIMS@adway But that's measuring performance of a candidate attraction campaign, which by the way, sounds great, and right up my street BUT... that's not necessarily changing the views of the jobseekers about a company...which is what employer branding is about.
