Strong narrative. But let’s separate storytelling from verifiable facts.
The photo raises serious questions — there’s no @VitalikButerin here
When credibility is already under pressure, using questionable visuals doesn’t help the case.
Technology matters. Community matters.
But so does truth.
If we want people to take MultiversX seriously, the standard has to be higher not lower.

EGLD's leadership is planning to arbitrarily print tokens to GIVE to their own company (MvX Labs LLC)
Along with an ETF & DAT that they will GIFT to themselves!
All in the name of "growth"
A matter of perspective; as the leadership gets rich while the investors get screwed! 💀
The EGLD community must reject the latest governance proposal!
It has the worst token economics I have ever seen; inflationary, greedy & short-sighted
While completely breaking the social contract...
There are far better ways to achieve the same goals:

The more I listen to Robert Sasu, the more I realize how courageous he is.
Whether you agree or disagree with him and his bosses' choices, he never (or almost never) hesitates to defend his positions.
Meanwhile, the Mincus brothers lock themselves away in their ivory tower with their Roman wallpaper, confident and aggressive toward anyone who asks a question or voices criticism.
The reality is that once you are well informed (which is where the main problem lies), everyone is free to stay and support #MultiversX or sell and leave for good.
The work that @Justin_Bons, @vinibarbosabr, and I do is solely intended to inform the community, as the foundation's communication can be misleading.
Beniamin just played the "they are paying you" card.
His response to my questions and concerns related to xMoney's $XMN launch is a weak ad hominem calling it "money bias" and "virtue signaling."
This is the ultimate red flag. 🚩
He made it personal because he can't address the arguments.
So far, I was assuming it was all an honest mistake.
I don't think it's that anymore, although I still believe it's a mistake.
No, nobody is paying me for saying these things or to support their chains. Just like he didn't pay me to support MultiversX or to question and post concerns about other chains (and he knows that).
I genuinely believe the XMN launch is extractive to UTK holders and the way things are being conducted is wrong and misleads people.
I'm trying to bring some clarity to the table,
in respect to those affected by that.
That said, I genuinely like Near, Zcash, Nano, Dash, Monero, Avalanche, and other chains I support and/or talk about (multiversx a few weeks ago, before I started collecting red flags).
I genuinely found in NEAR (as he mentioned it in particular) a tech stack that is very similar to MvX (and better for many reasons), and I want to use it and to educate others on that because of the things it enables people to do.
That's what moves me.
Anyone who knows me knows that.
My skin is in the game, just in a different way than his.
Not everybody is in it for the money first.
My ethical bias is stronger than my money bias.
Moreover, the NEAR culture is actually about connecting other chains together and avoiding silly confrontations of "mine is bigger than yours"-style. I really doubt they would be paying people to comment negatively on other chains, from what I've seen so far interacting with the Near Foundation and community.
That said, yes, near (like many other chains, including multiversx) has ways to reward creators.
For example, NEAR recently had a 3-month open-door Kaito campaign going on (this is the last month, 10 days to end), and if you did a good job by posting positively about NEAR in 30 days, you'd have a chance to get a small reward (an AI giving the outcome).
For clarity, I did a good job posting things about near that I would be posting anyway (as I'll continue to do once this campaign is over), and I got a small share of the airdrop.
But it was, on average, less than what I charge per hour for my freelance jobs, so, again, it's not about the money.
I'd be better off doing something else if this was the case.
Beniamin has now made it clear that he is not in for an honest conversation.
See the thread above this post I'm quoting.
He dodged a legitimate and respectful question with another ad hominem, calling the person asking a "bot account."
I asked the question again, but it got no answer.
Instead, it got this passive-aggressive, unbased personal attack.
Just want to make it clear, as Beniamin has a high reach, and he can really damage my reputation in some small circles by saying these things.
I was truly surprised he went that low.
Some projects raise funds by selling tokens, using people’s money, then act entitled to do whatever they want without consulting investors or the community. They push forward, expecting their reputation to remain intact, and label those seeking accountability as fudders, haters, or cancer. Are they blind or deaf to the voices calling this out?
If you’re building tech unicorns with your own money, it’s your company, your rules. But if your idea relies on outside funding, investors’ money makes them partners. To maintain your reputation, honor promises to those who trusted you. Even in crypto, it’s people’s money, not free cash.
Nobody has to support this @xMoneyGreg and this is very basic math and foundational investment economics. If you dilute original investors ownership stake, a 10x gain in XMN is not 10x value appreciation for the investor, it’s immensely less. I do not support this at all and gaslighting people into thinking it’s “stupid math” will not work.
Where is MultiversX on the xMoney equation?
The UTK token (on mvx) is being deprecated,
XMN launches on Sui, exclusively,
UTK investors are forced to using the Sui network,
Holders can either opt for a 10x or a 30x dilution,
No clear roadmap for MultiversX, xMoney's communication is entirely focused on Sui.
So, please, explain how is this a bilateral partnership, if all we can see is one side benefiting from it. Only one of the two chains is getting the builders (xmoney), the users, the fees, the liquidity, the headlines.
The message you are sending to the ecosystem by endorsing this movement is that Sui is a better place to build a business than MultiversX.
Why would anyone want to build on MvX after receiving this message?
Would you eat in a restaurant where the Chef rather dinner on the restaurant next-door and take all his family to the restaurant next-door?
I wouldn't.
Think about it: with the new #xMoney tokenomics, the team receives 25% of $XMN = 2.5B tokens, valued at $250M at the $0.10 issue price. Meanwhile, the entire $UTK market cap today is only about $18–19M (FDV ~$27M).
After conversion, UTK holders get between $23.5M (no lock, 3:1) and $70.4M (lock, 1:1) worth of $XMN — far less than the team allocation.
IMHO, this feels heavily tilted toward insiders compared to long-term holders. I will not touch it as an investment. NFA
@Subjectnumber2 Do you still believe @beniaminmincu is good intentioned?
Looks like he extracted liquidity from $EGLD into it’s own separate company @xMoney_com. Same with @xPortalApp. And after he ends milking $EGLD he will step down as CEO eventually at the end of this cycle.
xMoney NEW GOVERNANCE TOKEN $XMN on SUI and DEPRECIATION of $UTK on #MultiversX .
What is the impact to $UTK holders? What are the implications of this to #MultiversX? Let's review.
Impact to UTK
$UTK were the originals who supported the xMoney platform. So, will this be a profitable venture for $UTK holders? Let's find out.
UTK holders can migrate to XMN via an official bridge tool, but UTK will be deprecated after the process. This means it will lose utility and value if it's not converted. In other words, you have to convert.
Conversion Rates:
1⃣ No-lock option: 3 UTK = 1 XMN (immediate liquidity, with standard staking APR of ~8%).
2⃣ Locked option: 1 UTK = 1 XMN, requires a 6-month lock-up period (boosted staking APR of ~10% during the lock, plus an NFT for lifetime perks like +2% APR boost on standard staking, enhanced governance, early access to features, and loyalty rewards). Requires 1,000 UTK minimum and is limited to the first 10K participants.
Rates are based on UTK's August 2025 TWAP of ~$0.0309, rounded in holders' favor, compared to XMN's launch price of $0.10.
Examples:
No-lock option: 3 UTK (~$0.093) converts to 1 XMN ($0.10), providing a slight premium.
Locked option: 1 UTK (~$0.031) converts to 1 XMN ($0.10), offering a larger immediate value uplift but with the lock-up trade-off.
Upcoming Governance Vote:
The migration is subject to a governance vote occurring soon- from September 8 to 15. A "Yes" vote enables the bridge with both options; a "No" vote defaults to a one-time 3:1 allocation without the locked perks. The team is actively pursuing CEX support for swap integrations.
Dilution:
Due to the 10x supply increase via $XMN, a 1:1 conversion via the locked option reduces a holder's percentage ownership by 10x (e.g., 100 UTK out of 1B = 0.00001%; 100 XMN out of 10B = 0.000001%). The no-lock 3:1 option results in ~30x dilution in ownership share. The tradeoff is the value uplift which I outlined above.
Many are already arguing a "fair" rate would be 1 UTK = 10 XMN to preserve ownership percentages. I agree with this since most $UTK holders are down significantly and provided the original funding for the platform as it exists today.
What do I think?
Here's my analysis on the options. I'll be realistic, this is a TERRIBLE deal for $UTK holders.
No-lock option: 7.25389% value gain with 30x dilution
Locked option: 105.344% value gain with 10x dilution. However, you're locked for 6 months!
You know my stance on this. I HATE locking up my liquidity for "passive income". It's rarely ever been "income" in my experience- it's usually passive loss. That's what happened to me with MEX, LKMEX, and every other token we've been fed with lock up periods. No guarantee of performance, only a guarantee that liquidity will be extracted while you face a penalty for unlock.
I don't like this AT ALL. The options are basically pushing people to lock up their funds or accept a 7.25% gain with 30x dilution.. this is a big fuck you to every UTK holder in my book. Sell with a small gain, we don't care that you were an early investor- this is all you get. Or, take a 105% gain and lock up your funds for 6 months and hope the token doesn't dump while insiders sell and pull out your liquidity.
Look maybe I'll be wrong and XMN will be the next big thing and do a 10x- who the hell knows? Give me one example of a token with ties to an MvX native platform that's ever done this though? ONE EXAMPLE. All the ones I've been a part of have burned me.
$UTK holders.. do what you will here. Nobody knows what the right call is. Just do your homework and make the best decision you can.
Impact to EGLD
I'm very uncertain about what this means but let's analyze all the information we have so far.
In the documentation the team clearly states "our roots in MultiversX remain strong. Cashback in EGLD, xPortal integrations, and MultiversX merchants remain a vital part of our offering, and EGLD — along with other tokens in the ecosystem — is fully integrated into our payments infrastructure. We are also actively building with projects across the MultiversX space."
Source: https://t.co/17pR9m0Z0E
They also state "This is not a change of direction but a broadening of our vision — making the xMoney ecosystem more resilient, inclusive, and global."
One thing many of you don't know about me- I've been in the Fortune 500 corporate world for the better part of two decades working in high level technical teams, with executives, and through mergers and acquisitions.
The narrative around this sounds like the early stages of an acquisition. Maybe I'm wrong- maybe xMoney integrates with SUI and down the road other MvX tools integrate as well, both chains blossom and both EGLD and SUI do amazing.
OR Maybe this is a sign of something else..
If this plays out like a corporate acquisition what we may be witnessing is the early stage of the merger. xMoney transitions off $UTK to $XMN on $SUI, which opens the door for the teams to further integrate resources and technologies.
Over time this leads to xPortal, xExchange, and other tools integrating with SUI as well. The team transitions their products to another chain, and becomews a software arm of SUI. If this is the case, the end goal may be a conversion of EGLD to SUI and depreciation of the MultiversX blockchain entirely. REMEMBER THIS IS PURE SPECULATION.
Here's another corporate acquisition parallel: Keep current platform investors / users happy by telling them "our roots in MultiversX remain strong" (quote above). The equivalent of this in the corporate world is telling existing employees "don't worry- this is for the best for everyone, everything will be fine, you'll all keep your jobs"- the true goal? keep them complacent so they don't leave and once the merger is done, the new parent company begins merging teams and laying off people- this way you maintain revenue and margins throughout the acquisition.
For now all we know is that xMoney is moving it's governance token OFF the MultiversX chain and onto SUI. Why? That's where the users are- that's where the builders are? and this benefits BOTH TEAMS. Notice I didn't say both chains- I said both TEAMS.
Ultimately it may even benefit UTK holders if $XMN explodes in value assuming the xMoney platform explodes in use with integration to SUI.
It's too early to tell if the end goal is the depreciation of MultiversX and a merger with SUI, but you can bet I'll be watching this closely and updating you.
@xMoney_com Not fair at all for long term holders of UTK!!!! 3 UTK --> 1 XMN ???? With a MArket Cap of 1B UTK --> 10B XMN?? Going worse MutliversX Team
Simple question for @MultiversX:
Can you clarify whether this recent transfer to #Binance is related to token sales or other operational needs?
Several addresses appear to be controlled by the MultiversX Foundation. According to Beniamin Mincu, there will be no token sales on open markets by the #MultiversX Foundation or associated companies without prior disclosure.
For transparency, the community may want to verify:

$EGLD || Back in March 2024, Beniamin literally said this:
"We'll make sure that by the end of this year, #MultiversX is one of the best known blockchains in the U.S. 🇺🇸"
2024 already gone and nothing special happened. In fact, #EGLD lost 50% of value since March
#EGLDSqueeze
I have two proposals for #MultiversX Network for a better decentralization:
- remove the Community Delegation Nodes - you don't help #decentralization running 400 nodes.
- add a message in the Validator section like the one I posted below: "Stake with the validators below for increasing the Nakamoto coefficient and for a better #decentralization"
@SasuRobert - what do you think?
$EGLD ’s edge comes from its core story:
– Fast 🚀 (sub-second finality)
– Secure 🔒
– Scarce 💎 (fixed supply)
– e-Gold 🪙
– Energy efficient 🌱
– Low fees 💸
– Interoperable 🔗
– User-friendly 📱
This is native to #MultiversX. AI is great — but it’s an application layer, not the chain’s identity. The focus should be on the rails, not the train.
