@BootsUK poor pharmacy service this week from the Lion Walk shop in Colchester.

Monday I try and collect 3 lots of medication. Only 1 was ready, told others would be ready in couple of hours so come back. Five days later when I return & am told neither are ready. Cont.....

One (my mum's) will be in about 10 minutes (it was nearer half hour) & the other in a few hours, as it was made up off site & is being delivered to the store, which when you can see the items actually on the shelf is very annoying.

I'm a volunteer at a small charity, where there's about 40 paid staff & 30 volunteers. Most volunteers do a couple of hours a week, but I do about twenty.

All paid staff are being given a BBQ as a treat, but no volunteers have been invited. Am I right to be upset?

@HalifaxBank is there a problem with your network? My elderly mother is unable to get any cash out of cash machines either yesterday or today, but transactions in shops are still working. The machines ate saying either there is a fault with the card,or we are nor authorised.

My brother-in-law passed away yesterday after a short illness. My sister having left us about five years ago. I'm thinking of my nephew and nieces today and how my family continues to adjust with each passing. RIP Gordon, you're with Karen again now and forever.

So borh staff on the @BootsUK Colchester pharmacy counter have walked off to another counter and started serving there instead, despite the queue for prescriptions! Very frustrating.
