@ThePenisDeMilo I follow loads of lefties, I don't agree with their politics, but it's better to hear what they have to say than simply follow other Tory's and never hear any opposing views. Also, your politics is just one part of your personality.
@smarkhunter @Kev1n_C0lin I just remembered, the charts were released on Tuesday lunchtime on Radio 1. Radios were banned at our school. So we'd huddle around radios behind the sports hall with the smokers, knowing the Nun's would grab the smokers first if we were busted. Sorry smokers, nothing personal.
@Kev1n_C0lin Even by the standards of the 80's 1984 is still the year that stands out for me. Not just because I left school ( I hated school and was desperate to get out) but I then had so much freedom. Lots happened that year, mostly for the good. I would love to go back for a day. 🤣
@Sarfellboy That's understandable, thankfully nothing like that has happened to me. If it did, I think that would spell the end of my attraction to those rides.
@Sarfellboy I am too, put me on the top of a tall building or a cliff edge and I couldn't cope, but a ride like that is safe. You're not likely to fall off it. (Fingers crossed) 😂
@paulfish2skyco2 @AvonandsomerRob Once you're over the worse of it you tend to recover quickly from this virus. Plus it's never a good idea to hang around in hospital, you'll recover a lot faster outside the hospital environment. Also, he's freed up a bed for someone who needs it more.
@abfabrobgeek It isn't, it's just that I dreamt quite normally until I got it, and have never had another since day 1. It's just a coincidence, but I've been told it probably is related.
Nightmares are very common with epileptics though, so I'm grateful I don't have those.
@Dookist @angels1five@AmyinLondon I imagine the sudden loss of freedom will be the hardest part of it for many. It must be awful if you live alone, not having someone to chat to. With all the ways we have of communicating today it cannot beat a face to face chat.
