@mrqbingo been waiting on my "approved" withdrawral for over a month now.

So far the bank holiday, coronation and even hot weather has been blamed but my withdrawal was approved 24/4 and still hasn't been received as of 1/06.

25mph through backroads with a limit of 60, dual carriageways and the clydeside garrion roads all with 50mph limits isn't "being safe." Its being a fucking liability. If you can't drive in a wee bit of rain stay home and stop hindering/endangering people who can actually drive.
