If Rishi Sunak succeeds in getting his bill made law, it wont deter people who have risked death to get this far it will just provide a bonus to the traffickers who will then set up business in Rwanda to bring them back, for Rishi to deport again.

When a bath overflows we turn off the tap rather than tying to put the water back in the bath. When will Rishi Sunak focus on working with other Governments to minimise the causes of Migration and in doing so bankrupt the traffickers.

With Huw Edward's resignation from the BBC we are loosing a great broadcaster. Its right that he follows medical advice and I wish him well whatever the future holds.

The world has seen UK MP's declare they cared about GAZA but in the end some showed they cared more about their political own in-fighting. Result the UK parliament did said and did nothing for Gaza.

The Speaker. made a mistake, but he is not responsible for the the way individual MP's responded. It is possible to boycott the house with dignity. If and MP didn't it is their choice.

Let us pray for the people of Israel, Palestine, Gaza, and the West bank. Let us also pray for the people of Turkey, Syria and Afghanistan as they seek to recover from the earthquakes. We all share a common humanity and are loved by the same God.

The Hamas attacks were indefensible, Inhuman. Israel must defend its self. Hamas must be defeated. But cutting of electricity to Hospital and generator fuel kills babies in incubators. That too is indefensible.

The Rules of war forbid attacking innocent women and children. To bomb civilian flats, destroying women children and babies cannot be called collateral damage in the hunt for Hamas. BUT UK was not innocent bombing Dresden, nor US bombing Nagasaki or Hiroshima. Hope we've learned.

Let us remember, most Israeli's want Peace with ordinary Palestinians. Most Palestinians want peace with Ordinary Israeli's.
Hamas wants to destroy Israel. The Israeli Gov want to destroy Hamas.

We must not blame the people of Peace whether Palestinian or Israeli!

@HLNinEngeland What's some see as the greatest poem on love declares 'without love I'm nothing'. Suppose it depends on your view of Love. 2000 yrs ago it said 'love is patient, kind, not rude, rejoices in truth, protects, never fails.' (1 Corinthians 13) Maybe FIFA sees it differently.

No CEO can achieve anything without good workers. First step to grow the economy is to grow workers, fit enough, & appropriately educated to do the job. That means a good Health Care system, good Education, & for back up a good Social care service. Is Sunak's plan upside down?
