@JAYNEHAMILTON2 The athletics commentators are superb analysts, and it doesn’t matter whether it’s a man commentating on women or the other way round. Take Jaz Sawyers for example. It’s great to see her competing again, but she’s brilliant commentating too 1/

It is a mystery that @KemiBadenoch, who has been increasingly impressive as a communicator and tough talker, showing real leadership, is alienating a vast block of centrist voters who can’t see the point of voting Lib Dem and will never vote for Burnham’s Labour. I’m one of them.

@KelsoSquare @codybutleruk 2/ as a party one. As a Christian, I could not join or currently vote for the Liberal Democrats because of their treatment of David Campanale, and before that of Tim Farron, someone I greatly respect.

While I think the likes of Barwell go too far, I am not happy with the total rejection of Prosper UK’s ideas for example. I will stay on because of our excellent MP, Mims Davies, but my vote for her is much a personal vote 1/

@SophiesNewWorld @Siege_Perilous Hilary Benn was one of the most liked and respected Ministers in the Government when I worked at the Home Office, and well respected on all sides of the House. I’m a Tory (obviously impartial in the CS), but I think casting away such experience is daft. Dan Jarvis as well.

@jordanbhx No, I think the Barry Building at the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton, which dated from the 1840s, has been demolished as part of the redevelopment. Only the hospital’s chapel was listed, not the main building. Brighton still has St Peter’s Church by Charles Barry.

@CapelLofft 2. The only person I found rather stand-offish was a lady who had defected to Labour because of the Liberal Democrats’ involvement in the Coalition.

@CapelLofft When I did telling for Wandsworth Conservatives in the 2010s, we used to get along very well with our Labour Party counterparts. Talk was hardly ever plargely centred on where one lived, and what one did, etc. 1.

@bo66ie29 My favourite drive of all, going from Birling Gap to Seaford. It’s a beautiful stretch of coast, as is the bit up to Beachy Head. Seaford is great for a day out by the sea too.
