@HHichilema Revamp agriculture like in UNIP days. In my village, we can't manage to raise that cooperative fees but if given inputs, we can payback with farm produce. FISP allocation not enough, liberalize it so that we get according to our capabilities. We used to get 100 bags plus in UNIP
