@Sophiegrace68 @liberal_party I have good health benefits from work.I know many people who do not (also raised by single mother on welfare),I can tell you from experience these programs are not user friendly.People do get left out.Just because there's something to look up doesn't mean it works like you think.

Now what about people who have dental emergencies & first have to fill forms wait for possible months ? It does leave people out.
