@SteveCurryMD@ToxAndHound Probably a GABA-B agonist for withdrawal. We had a similar case here and used baclofen as in this case: https://t.co/JAK6ORtmhj
From @EMRES_MGHBWH Dr. Schaffer, a case report of survival after massive colchicine poisoning, expertly managed by our ED, and our colleagues at @BWHKidney: https://t.co/XJcmzZfCTB

Community-based HIV screening and rapid PrEP prescription are the future of HIV prevention, and can be applied to the COVID pandemic as well! Check out our latest work describing the work done by @OneTentHealth in Washington, DC. https://t.co/0KCZct0Qjn

Guidance from @HIVMA & @IDSAInfo re #COVID19 in #PLWH. "People living with HIV on treatment have a normal life expectancy...HIV should not be a factor in medical decision-making regarding the triaging of potentially lifesaving interventions." https://t.co/5ntT55NBOD @JulesLevin1
We’re really, REALLY excited to announce the launch of the Brescia-COVID Respiratory Severity Scale (BCRSS) - it’s a pathway used in Italy for managing *all* COVID-19 inpatients, built by ID and ICU docs there. There are some twists, so... thread.

Where do homeless patients go who need safe isolation/quarantining for COVID once they leave the ER? Not the shelter. The incredible @Bostonstreetdoc + @BHCHP team established a novel solution for our homeless patient population. Another bright spot during these times!
#BHCHP
@DrMichelleLin In Boston we’re setting up isolation areas for patients with unstable housing thanks to groups like @BHCHP. Some shelters have created COVID+ areas too. Not sure we have a solution for #2 yet...
