@geordiejosh Not shit. Put him in a team with multiple tlattacking threats and he won't have two players marking him. Opponents go man for man with our other attackers and double up on him. Saying that. I'd snap there hands off for a swap deal for Diaz who is much better

@LukeEdwardsTele Midfield 3 were all defensively minded and yet got the distances all wrong when Mateta came on. Only mistake besides the pen was Miley allowing his man to run straight past in in the centre of the pitch... 20 mins after his legs were cooked in the hour. Disgusting game management

@Louise1car @CraigHope_DM He literally stayed on because he was captain IMO. Elanga offers so much more and Miley in the 8 has a better delivery than Murphy.

@CraigHope_DM Game management shocking, Botman is so overrated its ridiculous. I said.before a ball was kicked we would struggle to create with that MF 3 and Murphy in the team. Gordon was only Outlet so easy to double up. Howe performance was biggest disappointment for me today.

@CraigHope_DM I'm scratching my head at the game management and have concluded Howe wants out. Murphy stayed on the pitch because he was captain.miley ran out of steam and should've been replaced by Ramsey on the hour. Botman is overrated and hasn't had a good game for since his first season.

@CraigHope_DM Surprised Miley is straight in ahead of Ramsey. I think we lack creativity in the middle of the pitch. Gunna struggle to create. Ramsey and Elanga unlucky. Having said that, might be banking on Palace tiring after Thur and bringing creativity in on 60 mins

He played Anderson but he didn't show anything to justify continued selection at the time. Is Pep a mong for letting Palmer leave?

@Meatzilla25 @Magpie24_7 Beaten 4 of the top 6 in PL across all comps, unlucky not to beat PSG away and Barca at home. Battered PSV, Benfica, Athletic Club. Shown something but inconsistency has cost us. Recovery, training and keeping Howe in a job will lead to big improvement IMO

@geordiejosh He'd been better in the deeper role of late IMO - What he's getting at is that his performances are judged by his g/a still rather than midfielder metrics. Not complaining about his new role. Striker stats only tailed off when Wissa cut into his game time though

Anderson had proved nowt at that point, Longstaff was experienced and Miley did exceptional. Hindsight, I wish we'd been able to keep Anderson
