@goin_4_56 The clock doesn't stop when VAR starts talking to the ref about an incident, ya numpty. Incident was in 95th minute. Watch it again if you're not convinced.
Btw, I hate both RFC and CFC, but facts overrule emotion every time for me.
@Joseph_donachie@__CommonPerson@180dartsbetting@nocontextfm1 It absolutely doesn't. The ball is hiding his hand so there's no way of knowing if it did touch. Trusty jumping into him forces his hand towards the ball as well. Direction of the ball doesn't change either way, he heads it straight back where it came from. Never a penalty.
@PaulBre69644205@RonDon1967@mstewart_23 Totally NOT the same. MM didn't have the ball, it was loose, so AJ wasn't tackling him, he was going for the loose ball. He had already slid in and connected with the ball when MM put himself in the line of AJ's motion. Yellow card at most.
@moonster1972@RonDon1967@mstewart_23 You can't even call AJ's actions a tackle. It was a loose ball, MM didn't have the ball, so AJ wasn't tackling him. He slid in to get the loose ball and after he had begun his movement MM placed his foot in line with the line AJ was travelling on. Never a red card imo.
@MattRobinson_99@RH_92@ScotlandSky His view wasn't initially blocked. He saw the shot and immediately moved right to try to save it but couldn't. Quite simply, no significant interference from the attacking player.
@MattRobinson_99@RH_92@ScotlandSky Law 11 says it's an offence if offside player interferes with opponent by:
preventing opponent playing or being able to play the ball by clearly obstructing opponent’s line of vision. Keeper wasn't prevented from playing the ball or being able to play it. He couldn't get to it.
@MattRobinson_99@RH_92@ScotlandSky So he saw the shot made & dived for the ball, but it was too far away for him to get to. He could never have got to the ball from the position he was in, it was placed well across the goal. You're clutching at straws. Are you really so biased you can't admit it was a valid goal?
@PaulCampbe45668@ScotlandSky The Celtic player got the loose ball v Hibs, McGrath never touched the ball and his only contact was with the Celtic player's ankle with his studs. That's a red. Today's was different. Watch them and compare, even someone as biased as you can surely see the difference.
@scotsunsport It wasn't a tackle on MM. He didn't have the ball at the time, he lost it and it was running loose. Both players were going for the loose ball and AJ made contact with it first. MM then came in and placed his foot in line with the path AJ was already on. Yellow card was enough.
