The problem exists regardless of result. Do you think the idea of creating mail in ballots and sending them out unsolicited to voter roles that are very “unkept” is wise? Do you condone ballot harvesting? Do think it makes any sense to not require mail in ballots be received by Election Day? Open Drop boxes, no real signature verification on mail in ballots? Whoever wins, it is the Cali Mail in set-up that creates a perfect environment for a highly organized political party in power to cheat.
